Planning for the revision of Archival and Manuscript Repositories in Metropolitan Chicago and the Calumet Region of Northwest Indiana was done by Douglas Bicknese, Conrad Borntrager O.S.M., Don Widmer, James Carson, and Judith Robbins between 2002 and 2004. The directory itself was created and maintained by Douglas Bicknese using a Filemaker database with help from the University of Illinois University Library.
